Future plans

First, I was wondering if there would be interest in running this exchange twice a year, with reveals in July and January?

Second, there was no answer to the one pinch-hit for this exchange. Is it because it wasn't seen? If that's the case, I would like to know how else to handle pinch-hits in future so they are seen.

I recall seeing a pinch hit, but was uncomfortable taking it. I think. (I play in too many exchanges.

Others might find a January reveal difficult, given the overload of NaNoWriMo and seasonal exchanges in the late fall, early winter, but I'd be game.

sharpest_asp raises a good point I didn't think of. Possibly shifting it to Feb would solve that problem...
As for the pinch hit, I may have missed it while I was away, but that is my fault, not yours. I mean, you could get people to sign up to a pinch hit mailing list? IDK.

Maybe. On the other hand, it might not be necessary. We only had one pinch-hit this time, which is pretty good odds (the other pinch-hit was deadline confusion).
